Daydream is a result of experimenting and brewing after months of being locked down in our brewery during the pandemic. We first launched it in 2021 as a Juicy Pale Ale but now have tweaked it to a Session Pale Ale, lower in alcohol but high in refreshment! A beer that's not too filling and not too strong, perfect for those steady days.
This brew is full of flavor and amazingly well-balanced. It has a hint of citrus and a vibrant tropical aroma.
It's so good, you can have it everyday; just like your favorite daydream.
Best paired with: Mexican or Thai food. It's an ideal complement to dishes with fragrant spices!
