Refund Policy – CPI Call Shop International Calling

All purchases of prepaid calling credits are non-refundable once the credit has been issued to your account.

Refunds will only be granted in the case of:

  • A verifiable major service outage affecting all users, and

  • Where no successful calls have been made using the purchased credits.

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Call quality issues resulting from the customer’s internet or mobile carrier

  • Incorrect dialing or user error

  • Usage by unauthorized persons who gained access to your QR code or device
