How do I dial international numbers?

This is very important.

You must dial using this format:

Country Code + Phone Number

✔ Correct examples:

  • USA: 1 212 555 1234

  • Philippines mobile: 63 917 123 4567

  • UK landline: 44 20 7946 0958

❌ Do NOT dial:

  • +

  • 00

  • Any international prefix
Why don’t I dial + or 00?

Our system automatically handles international routing.

Using + or 00 can cause calls to fail.

Always start with the country code only.

Do I need to remove leading zeros?

Yes.

If the local number begins with 0, remove it after the country code.

Example:

  • Local: 0917 123 4567

Dial: 63 917 123 4567

Rates vary by destination and by landline or mobile.

Can I call both landlines and mobile phones?

Yes.

You can call landlines, mobile phones, office systems, and many toll-free numbers (where supported).

Can I use the app only in the Philippines, or can I use it anywhere?

You can use this calling service anywhere in the world. As long as you have load in your account and an internet connection, you can make calls from any country.

For example:

  • If you’re traveling overseas and need to call a mobile phone in the Philippines, you can do that.

  • If you’re outside the country and need to call a hotel, airline, business, or government office in any country, you can do that.

  • If you’re abroad and need to reach landlines or mobile phones worldwide, our service works.

Your location does not matter — only your internet connection and account balance.

Is this a subscription?

No.

This is a prepaid service.

You only pay for the load you purchase.

What happens if I run out of load?

When your balance reaches zero:

  • You will no longer be able to make calls

  • No charges continue

  • No surprise fees

Your balance does not expire as long as your account remains active.

Troubleshooting & Common Issues

I can’t log in to the app.

The most common cause is no internet connection.

Check that:

  • Wi-Fi or mobile data is enabled

  • Airplane mode is off

  • You have a stable internet signal
I didn’t receive my QR code email.

Please:

  • Check your spam or junk folder

  • Confirm you entered the correct email address

  • Allow a few minutes for delivery

If needed, contact our support team.

I uploaded the QR code but can’t make calls.

Please check:

  • Your balance is greater than zero

  • You are dialing country code first

  • You are not using + or 00

Your internet connection is active

My call won’t connect.

Possible reasons:

  • Incorrect dialing format

  • No remaining balance

  • Poor internet connection

  • Temporary network issues at the destination
The call drops or I hear silence.

This may happen if:

  • Your internet signal is unstable

  • You switch networks during the call

  • The destination network is experiencing issues

Try again from a stronger connection.

The person I’m calling can’t hear me.

  • Bluetooth or headphones
I deleted the app. Did I lose my balance?

No.

Your balance is tied to your account.

Reinstall the app and log in.

I changed phones. Do I need a new account?
