Welcome to CPI Call Shop & Craft Beer Café. By placing an order in-store, for pickup, or through our delivery partners (GrabFood, FoodPanda, or direct delivery), you agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of Service

We offer food, beverages, and related products both for dine-in and takeaway. Menu items, prices, and availability may change without prior notice.

2. Ordering & Preparation

All orders are prepared fresh. Once preparation has begun, the order cannot be canceled or refunded. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

3. Dine-In Policy

We reserve the right to assign seating and manage table availability. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

4. Takeaway & Delivery

For delivery orders (GrabFood, FoodPanda, or CPI direct delivery), delivery times may vary depending on rider availability, traffic, and weather conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by delivery providers.

5. Order Accuracy

If an item is missing or incorrect, please notify us immediately at:
