Welcome to CPI Call Shop. By purchasing and using our prepaid calling services, calling cards, digital credits, or any other related products (“Services”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Nature of Service
CPI Call Shop provides prepaid international calling credits which allow customers to make voice calls using our mobile application. All Services are prepaid and usage-based. Call rates vary by destination and may change without prior notice.
2. Account and Usage
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and QR code. Any usage under your account is considered authorized by you.
3. Call Quality and Network Conditions
Call quality may vary depending on the user’s device, local internet connectivity, VPN usage, or carrier routing conditions. CPI Call Shop is not responsible for performance issues caused by third-party network limitations.
4. No Resale
Our calling credits and Services are for personal use only and may not be resold without our written approval.
5. Validity of Credits
Prepaid credits do not expire, but CPI Call Shop reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or illegal activities.
6. Refunds
All sales are final except in the case of a verified, system-wide service outage impacting your ability to make calls. See Refund Policy for details.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services indicates acceptance.
