Refund & Replacement Policy – CPI Call Shop & Craft Beer Cafe

Because all menu items are prepared fresh, all sales are final once preparation has started.

Refunds/Returns Are Allowed Only If:

• We prepared the wrong item.

• The order was incomplete.

• There is a quality issue confirmed by our team.

In such cases, we may offer:

• Replacement of the item, or

• Store credit of equivalent value.

Not Eligible for Refund:

• Change of preference after preparation

• Food or drink consumed more than 25% before complaint

• Delays caused by delivery riders or third-party delivery apps

• Complaints made more than 1 hour after delivery/pickup
